  • Attending day to day breakdown of CNC Turning, VMC , HMC
  • Implementation of Preventive maintenance schedule
  • Handling MTTR And MTBF Report to achieve TPM
  • Root cause analysis
  • Handling All types of Hydraulic Problems
  • Coordination with purchase and store department to procure material
  • Knowledge of CNC, VMC, HMC
  • Implementation of 5s in all areas
  • Implementation of Kaizen in all department
  • Maintaining Audit Documentation
  • Proper utilization of all resources
  • Cooling towers, Softener Plant, DM Water plant
  • Member OF production planning team to ensure 100% production
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel , word
  • Hydraulics and Pneumatics
  • Data acquisition and analysis
  • Knowledge of Machinery Insurance claims
