Functional Area
1. Preparation and approval of the master list of gauges, jigs, fixtures, and instruments.
2. Control of gauges, jigs, fixtures, and instruments.
3. Preparation of calibration plan.
4. Maintain records of calibration of gauges, jigs, fixtures, and instruments.
5. Ensure carrying out of calibration as per plan.
6. Ensure proper identification of calibrated gauges, fixtures jigs, and instruments.
7. Prepare a requirement list of gauges, jigs, fixtures, and instruments as required.
8. Product revalidation.
9. Overall responsibility for calibration.
10. Responsible for incoming inspection.
11. Overall responsibility of MSA activity
