Job Responsibility:
Responsible for PPC and Logistics functions.
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and on time delivery.
Ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources. (Man, Machine, Materials.)
Forecasting/ estimating quarterly and annually targets.
Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products and work centers.
Coordination with sales, plant and maintenance to ensure seamless delivery.
Monitor and control jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
To receive schedule from marketing department and convert into capacity planning.
To make monthly, weekly and daily loading plan for all machines.
To raise all requirements such as B.O.P, R.M, Consumables, packing materials to purchase department.
Preparation PPC department objectives and action plan & educate and to train the subordinates to take action accordingly.
Making annual planning of Sales and communicate and allocate the responsibility to various HOD to facilitate them the target as per plan.
Preparation for MIS & MRM.
Verify the actual receipt against required and schedule and take counter measures against the shortage.
To review daily production & customer supply activity by conducting daily meeting in plant.
To support for achieving overall plant productivity as well sale.
Communication & co-ordination between marketing, customer & internal within department for achieving business target.
Non moving items & inventory label to be reduced.
Producing documents as per the IATF- 16949 / 2016, OHAS 18001, EMS 14001 & 5S standards, thereby ensuring continuous improvement of the organization.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office ( Specially Excel sheet)
