Profile-
1. Should have experience in cold forging Company.
2. Assuring the incoming quality of Machined engine components, body components, and Troubleshooting quality problems
3. Co-ordinating with industrialization team to effect quality improvement through quality system monitoring approach at vendors end and generating quality MIS for future improvements
4. Vendor validation with emphasis on process control and failure mode and effect analysis.
5. Vendor development towards self-certification enforcing quality system, process capabilities studies, and introducing the product, process, and system audits.
6. Deriving cross-functional teams for APQP, FMEA, and Control Plans
7. Warranties return material analysis and their countermeasure. Measure supplier quality performance as per documented procedure Devising and Implementation of Operational systems, Quality Systems, & Safety Standards
8. Imparting continuous on-the-job training to the workforce to enhance their operational efficiency. Train people in better quality management and also on product/process knowledge (about the machines, criticality in the manufacturing process, safety, etc.)
