JOB Description
1. Sales & Marketing.
Monitoring the behavior of web traffic on a daily basis through given sources such as (SEO, SMM, Content Marketing, Paid Marketing) and Analyze following:
Traffic
Conversion
Old/New- customers(how to increase both)
Budget/ROI Campaign
Marketing Calendar
CAC (customer acquisition cost)- reducing CAC
Data Analytics
ATV (Average ticket value)- Increasing ATV
2. Operations
a. Team Management: -Motivation, discipline, optimization, coordination, timekeeping- People Management and Attrition Reduction
b. Inventory Management:
c. Logistics Management: - Coordination with logistics partner & attend to escalation.
Logistics Tie-ups and SCM
Customer Relationship: -Enhancing customer experience- Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing procedures to increase customer satisfaction levels
Technology Management: Coordinating with Tech team and to ensure the smooth running of the website
Vendor Management- Co-ordination between internal departments and external vendors
Handling Daily Operations, Inventory Management, Cataloguing, Order Management, Customer care Management, Logistics-Warehousing, Vendor Management, and increasing Digital Sales.
Proven track record of managing Logistic Tie-ups, delivering Customer delight, People Management, and Website Operations.
Demonstrated experience in setting up an e-commerce business in a start-up environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and analytical abilities.
3. Analysis, planning, and budgeting of Online segment
Achieving targets, Tracking budgets, Costs, planning of growth, business development, new idea implementation.
