Functional Area
1. Document & Data Control of product documents
2. Finalisation of quality standards/engineering specs. for all inspection activities.
3. Monitor & control process development activities.
4. Carry out Planning of product realization activity for the new or changed products.
5. Identity special characteristics.
6. Conduct feasibility Review.
7. Identify product safety parameters and promote internal awareness & safety consideration
8. Decide methodologies for error proofing
9. Decide control plans for all material/ products.
10. Carryout PPAP activity PPAP
11. Develop facilities, processes & equipment.
12. Inform customers about the product under development.
13. Review customer-specific changes within 2 working weeks & keep a record of the date of implementation.
14. Obtain approval from the customer when product/process is different from PPAP and maintain the same.
