1. Management of Tooling, Raw material, Manpower on the shop floor for stipulated production for next two settings.
2. To process sequence designing for New part for cold forging on 6 station part former.
3. To develop the new product on 6 station Part Former parts.
4. To carry out the lite maintenance work of the Cold forging machine.
5. To release the Tool Purchase Plan as per month Production Plan.
6. To do the costing of the new cold forging component.
7. To modify the tooling and its setting and handling criteria for better output.
8. To maintain the tool inventory as per Production requirements.
9. To create the daily Production report and feed data in the ERP system.
