Job Description

Post – Asst. Manager QA
Salary:
B.Tech. - up to 7.5 lac annum
Diploma - up to 6.5 lac annum
Experience: 10+ yrs.
Qualification: Degree / Diploma Mech. Engg.
Degree – 8/10 years, Diploma 12/15 years’ experience in automation industrial goods manufacturing units.
Exposure to QMS & EHS system adherence, MSA/SPC problem-solving.
Location: Ludhiana

Candidate must have exposure of Sheet Metal / Press Shop Industry

Responsibilities

Hands-on experience in system monitoring and execution.
The incumbent will be responsible for adherence to QMS procedure, Applicable inspection standards relating to IQC.
Working out on gaps if any w.r.t defined standard and actual practice.
Implementation of SAP
Verification of CAPA received from the supplier.
Working out an improvement plan to close gaps in close coordination with Purchase, engineering, development, etc.
Up-gradation and QMS development of new and existing suppliers.
MSA & SPC Implementation.
Customer satisfaction.
Independently handling system and Customer audits
